No matter how respected a name brand, sometimes equipment fails. If and when this happens to you, we will be there to support you. Our trained staff is able to diagnose equipment failures and will perform many repairs in our own service room. Some repairs, however, require service at a manufacturer's authorized repair centre. We have excellent relationships with all of these centres. You can be assured that your equipment will be repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
If you have a piece of equipment which you would like to send into Horizon Solutions for service please email the service department at email@example.com or call 1-800-698-8796 to receive your RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Then please send the item in with the RMA number attached. On occasion we receive equipment requiring repair and we have no idea where it’s from or what is wrong with the item. The more information you provide, the faster the repair can be completed.

Why should you be without a vital piece of equipment if it fails before the warranty period runs out? Horizon will make every effort to provide any client with a loaner piece of equipment if they experience a failure within the normal warranty period.
