Additional to intuitive system design, each Horizon Solutions project contains training sessions for your staff and volunteer operators. The complexity and number of sessions is dependant on the system design and users; however every opportunity is taken to ensure that your users understand the tools they have in front of them.

Looking for additional training for your staff? Horizon Solutions will come and perform customized training for your technical (and not so technical) staff and volunteers whether or not your system was purchased from Horizon Solutions. This is a flat fee service we provide and we work to cater to each client’s needs individually.
